The College celebrates World Book Day
For this year’s World Book Day on March 1st College Librarian Sandra Carroll organised a Bring and Buy Book sale and a Literary Quiz. Staff and students donated unwanted books that were then all sold at the bargain price of £1. All proceeds from the two events will be going to Book Aid International, a charity that provides books in developing countries. Students attending were all given a £1 book token that they can spend spend in bookshops in the UK.
