In recent weeks, students at Wilson House, the CTC Boarding House, have been testing their culinary skills.

Constance and Andrew spent Sunday afternoon baking butterfly cakes – this was Andrew’s first experience of baking! From the evidence of the finished product, they should continue baking!

To celebrate Shrove Tuesday, Jessica, Wein and Tiemothy made approximately 45 pancakes for all boarders to enjoy. Sadly, the scheduled pancake race was cancelled due to bad weather…but it didn’t stop everyone enjoying the home-made delights from our budding chefs.
