Cambridge Tutors College has launched the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) online for students 16+ years old.
Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) aims to prepare students for their studies at University. To introduce them to independent study and research projects.
EPQ is an independent research project which involves writing an essay of 5000 words, or creating a product, which might be anything from an art object to an iPhone app. Once completed the student will present their project through video chat to their fellow students and teachers.
EPQ is worth a maximum of 28 points in UCAS and can give preferential treatment at university when setting grade requirements for entry. It is highly regarded by all Russell group universities as it demonstrates added depth to you alongside your academic scores.
This course will commence on the 13th of July and consist of 30 hours of teaching.
Please contact the school if you are interested in this course.
