Junior Executive Officer

As per the job title, you will be responsible to

  • Assist Director and report to Borad.
  • Plan and co-ordinate operational activities for the organization.
  • Responsible for creating policies and strategies that company goals.
  • Willing to travel to meetings and conferences and visit regional, local, national or international branches and offices.
  • Analyse sales reports, financial statements , oversee general activities that make up company’s mission.
  • Responsible to draw strategic marketing plans help increasing market share , and make cost effective decisions that will cut down operational costs without affecting performance.
  • Work in collaboration with internal departments and external service providers to ensure the operations are in the direction of the company’s vision and meet departmental goals.
  • Contribute significantly to high level decision-making for business planning, policy implementation and strategy development.
  • Prepare reports and data on sales activities and forecasts for upper management review.
  • Must take overall responsibility for budgets, financial activities, HR activities .

Skills required

  • A degree in Business administration and Management
  • Excellent Communication skills, Microsoft skills and Technical skills
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant role.
  • Any additional certifications in management and leadership are advantageous.

Senior Accounting Manager (4-8) Years

• Manage and maintain client accounts efficiently.
• Ensure accurate and timely Tally operations.
• Handle GST and IT filings for clients.
• Perform statutory audits in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to provide financial insights and recommendations to clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Foster strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

Skills required:

Network Administrator (5 )Years of experience

• Your role will involve troubleshooting network issues, ensuring network security, and optimizing network performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

Senior Marketing (3-5) Years

• Strategize, plan, develop and manage marketing campaigns across social, digital and ecommerce channels.
• Develop and own a vision for social media strategy at See’s and deliver on engagement and awareness goals.
• Collaborate with external marketing partners to understand annual and seasonal business goals and to plan compelling social media programs in support of those goals.
• Partner with sales and marketing team to identify opportunities , develop segmentation and budget recommendations for advertising activities.
• Assist content creator in all social content and assets for publishing. Content must be compelling, on-brand and engaging (including but not limited to photo, video, copy) for publishing on See’s owned social channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Adopt the Brand voice and write copy that speaks on behalf of See’s in all social and digital channels.
• While a promotional calendar is leveraged, agility to identify “on-the-fly” opportunities is required. Showcase flexibility and creative thinking through real time and socially relevant posts. Requires coaching an Associate Manager on photography and developing copy.
• Use social listening tools to identify content opportunities and present those opportunities to the team.
• Research and identify new social and digital media content trends; make recommendations to manager, as appropriate.
• Directly manage team members who execute content creation and community management supporting them as needed.
• Directly manage Digital Strategist and external agency partners to optimize media plans, build efficiencies, and identify real-time amplification opportunities.
• Manage SEO and SEM efforts and agencies for See’s Candies.
• Oversees influencer marketing strategies in collaboration with external agency partners and supports celebrity partnerships.
• Implement measures to ensure effectiveness of content can be measured across all tactics; prepare and assess success of programs against Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Protect and manage the See’s Brand at all times.
